Great Oaks hosts 40 high schools (November 22-23, 2014) Southern Yacht Club hosted the Great Oaks Invitational High School Regatta. Forty high schools from 15 states and the USVI competed in the event sponsored by Allstate Sugar Bowl. The Southern Regional H.S. (Stafford Township, N.J.) and South Fork H.S. (Stuart, Fla.) won the Gold and Silver fleets, respectively.
