Southern 40s take silver in Annapolis-Newport tilt NEWPORT, R.I. - Stephen Murray's DECISION, a Carkeek HPR 40, corrected over stout competition to win the IRC division in the 2015 Annapolis-Newport Race. Jeffrey Huseman's Jonmeri 40, INDIGO, took third place in the PHRF division. 70 boats were entered in the event.
