SYC hosted the GYA Junior Lipton Challenge regatta this year with Nathan Adams as Regatta Chairman and George Hero as PRO.  Team Coaches Johnny and Katy Lovell worked hard to prepare the team again this year and our sailors answered the call.

The racing was close at the top of the fleet in the six race series championship with Team SYC finishing 2,2,1,5,1,3 and first overall in the 14 boat fleet. Team skippers were Jonathan Pottharst, Dustin Brennan and Pierce deBoisblanc.  Davis Friend was the alternate skipper.
